Tips & guides
Straight talk on boat wraps, names, transoms and keeping your vessel looking its best — from the team in the shop.
How long does a boat wrap last?
With quality marine-grade cast vinyl and proper care, a boat wrap typically lasts five to seven years — and often longer on surfaces that are kept clean and out of constant direct sun. The marine environment is tough: UV, salt and heat all work against any finish, which is exactly why film selection and installation matter.
We use UV-stable cast films built for the water and finish every install with clean, sealed edges. Rinse the wrap with fresh water after salt exposure, avoid abrasive cleaners, and your graphics will stay vivid for years.

Wrap or paint — which is right for your boat?
A custom paint job can look incredible, but it's expensive, time-consuming and permanent. A vinyl wrap delivers the same head-turning custom look for a fraction of the cost, protects the gel coat underneath, and can be removed or changed down the road.
Wraps also open up design possibilities paint can't match — gradients, photographic artwork, faux teak and full-color graphics. For most boat owners who want a bold, custom look without the commitment of paint, a wrap is the smart choice.

Choosing & designing the perfect boat name
The right name is personal — but the design is what makes it sing. Keep it readable from a distance, pick a style that suits the boat's character, and make sure the proportions fit your transom. Script feels classic; bold blocks feel modern; full-color graphics make a statement.
We design every name to your vessel's exact lines and apply it with razor-sharp, weed-free precision so it looks factory-perfect for years.

Protecting your gel coat & windows
Your gel coat and windows take a beating from the Florida sun. A wrap shields the gel coat from UV and oxidation, while paint protection film guards high-impact areas from scratches and chips. And when window film fades or cracks, restoration brings the clarity right back.
Combine the right protection with simple fresh-water rinses and your boat keeps that showroom look season after season.
